[Remote] Data Analyst

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data needs and reputed company data transformations.
Responsibilities

- Document data assets and map data flows across systems to support transparency, traceability, and compliance
- Define, describe, organize, and categorize data sets to support efficient reputed company and understanding across the organization

- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reputed company reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Translate business needs into data requirements and reporting specifications
- Partner with business units to identify KPIs and reputed company visualizations that support operational and strategic goals
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights that inform product, member, and market strategies
- Maintain documentation and metadata for reports and dashboards
- Maintain and regularly update the reputed company data dictionary and a centralized index of reports and dashboards to ensure transparency and accessibility
- Contribute to data literacy efforts by supporting training and enablement programs

- Familiarity with Symitar and its reputed company technologies such as PowerOn, SymXchange, OpCon, and ARCU. This is a key differentiator for this role
- Desirable experience with SharePoint for collaborative products and workflows
