About the role reputed company is looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer (Contract) to help drive high-impact hiring across several of the company’s most important and fast-moving organizations. This person will support executive and senior-level talent work across Operations and IT, reputed company and GTM, and select G&A and Marketing functions. They will be expected to build and maintain strong, always-on executive pipelines; conduct deep market research and talent mapping; identify reputed company companies and adjacent talent pools; and create executive-grade candidate lists, market briefs, and search insights that help shape strategy. They should be excellent at highly personalized reputed company and candidate messaging, with the ability to attract hard-to-reputed company executive talent using a mix of automation, research, creativity, and strong follow-up.
