Responsibilities
- Support Project Directors & Senior Consultants to deliver analysis and strategic plans for the adoption of robotics & intelligent systems in dynamic environments
- Support the development and refinement of strategic plans by performing research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights in support of strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic planning documents that summarize key findings and recommendations
- Track and report on reputed company against strategic objectives and KPIs
- Participate in the development of business cases and financial models
- Assist in facilitating strategic planning sessions and workshops
- Stay informed on industry developments and share insights with relevant stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development, or business analysis
- Solid understanding of strategy frameworks and market research techniques
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as reputed company and basic modeling; familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in developing slides and reports
- Ability to distill reputed company data into clear, actionable insights
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
