[Remote] Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will shape the future of renewable energy procurement by designing innovative solutions that streamline the procurement process for energy buyers, developers, and financiers.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Participate in the product design process from concept to completion, helping ensure seamless integration and user experience across the entire platform
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and use quantitative data to reputed company deep insights into user needs and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement
• Innovative Solutions: reputed company creative and effective design solutions that address reputed company challenges in renewable energy procurement. Utilize emerging technologies to improve the user experience
• Collaboration: Work closely with other product designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
• Design Systems: Help maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across reputed company product lines

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product design in B2B SaaS, startup environments
• Deep reputed company for users and a passion for understanding their needs to create reputed company and impactful design solutions
• Eager to take on new challenges and grow into their craft
• Can balance between more elegant vs. scrappy, iterative solutions based on user and business needs
• Has experience working closely with product management and engineering — understanding business and product needs and technical implications
