This role is responsible for leading the design, execution, and scaling of the program to drive reputed company growth and improve sales effectiveness across divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the overall program reputed company for Sales reputed company across NACC, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and reputed company growth ambitions
  • Own program governance, reputed company, and reporting, including steering committees, working sessions, and stakeholder updates

Skills

  • Bachelor‘s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent working experience
  • Proven experience of leading, developing and managing Products or Programs in a Sales or Marketing Environment
  • Strong background in semi / scientific industry or experience in relevant market
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing
  • Possession of business and financial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English required
