[Remote] Customer Service Rep – 100% REMOTE!!!
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a fast-growing staffing and reputed company that provides services to reputed company and small to mid-sized organizations. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web based portal regarding information on programs and services
- Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Address customer’s inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns

Skills
- The candidate MUST be located in Texas
- Bilingual reputed company in English and one of these commonly spoken languages: Spanish, Japanese, Laotian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Cambodian, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hmong, Tagalong and Armenian
- Work schedule: Must be available 9AM to 9 PM PST, Monday through Friday
- The client MUST have their own Laptop/ computer to work REMOTELY
- Wired internet reputed company from computer to router or modem (Download – 20 Mbps minimum & Upload – 5 Mbps minimum)
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company information
- Ability to reputed company with reputed company and updated policies and procedures
- Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to reputed company comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment
- Ability to successfully execute many reputed company tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
