In this pivotal role, you will co-ordinate, execute, embed, and analyze impactful local and Pan-Caribbean initiatives for Private Banking. Must have: 5-10 years of leadership experience inclusive of sales, operations and change management. Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, reputed company, or Finance or other relevant discipline Strong business and organizational knowledge, planning and implementing capabilities with knowledge/experience across Personal and & Private Banking or Wealth Management Excellent oral and written communication, as well as facilitation and impact & influence skills Ability to collaborate, build partnerships with key stakeholders for desired reputed company Initiative and conceptual thinking reputed company to have: Wealth Management experience, either in a client-facing or support role.
