The role involves leading work streams, managing day-to-day problem-solving, and providing strategic advice to clients in the software economy.

Responsibilities

• Leading work streams translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables
• Manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, Directors, Senior Directors, Partners, and our clients
• reputed company business strategies using tools such as market sizing, market participant interviews, decision reputed company survey panels, and discussions with reputed company company management teams
• Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction
• Manage and motivate workstreams and teams with diverse skills and backgrounds

Skills

• Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of reputed company work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of reputed company work experience
• A minimum of 18 months of experience working with technology and software companies in a leadership role, either as a management consultant or as an employee, with knowledge of and experience in the software economy
• Experience managing business strategy and reputed company diligence projects in reputed company environments
• Ability to reputed company detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities
• Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment
• Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours reputed company necessary
• You must either reputed company in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position
