[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support pipeline growth in the reputed company region by identifying reputed company leads and engaging potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted reputed company reputed company phone, email, and reputed company channels to identify and engage reputed company prospects
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and hand off to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems (e.g., reputed company)
- Collaborate with marketing to support regional campaigns and events
- Stay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioning
- Meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
Skills
- 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the B2B tech or SaaS industry
- Fluent in English and Arabic, Turkish is a plus
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with the reputed company region's business culture and sales practices
- Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude
