[Remote] Client Growth Manager

The Client Growth Manager is responsible for driving expansion of Talent Solutions, generating new opportunities, nurturing leads, and increasing reputed company through proactive reputed company and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving add on client-based reputed company by creating, executing, and managing reputed company programs to the reputed company service providers and service provider clients
- Work closely with reputed company Sales Engineers, Marketing Team, and reputed company Team to help drive Client adoption of talent reputed company
- Align with Talent Management partners on their goals and strategies to reputed company those goals. Hold partners accountable for those activities
- Client Relationship Development: reputed company relationships with reputed company service provider clients through consistent reputed company efforts, participation in Client Business Review meetings, attending reputed company Client Events
- Participate in Client Business Review meetings. Responsible for discussing and presenting add on product and service attach reputed company metrics
- Analyze program performance metrics and reputed company data-driven recommendations for reputed company improvement
- Work hand in hand with the reputed company marketing and business development team on demand reputed company campaigns and reputed company qualification and development
- reputed company and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed assigned reputed company growth objectives. Will need to reputed company reputed company CRM (reputed company) and be responsible for capturing reputed company required information on client meetings and reputed company and pipeline opportunities
- Meet regularly with sales management to review overall reputed company, review growth objective reputed company, and strategize on program effectiveness to drive reputed company growth

- Facilitate product feedback to the reputed company product team
- Learn and effectively discuss key decision drivers, competitive advantages, and market trends in the HRO space to help clients reputed company growth opportunities
Skills
- 5+ years of selling Talent reputed company
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
- Proven ability to create, execute, and manage sales and marketing programs to generate reputed company
- Strong balance of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends and reputed company informed reputed company
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a desire to assist in developing strategies and processes
- Strong MS Office skills including reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Specific experience with channel-based selling strongly preferred
- Experience with Professional Employer Organizations and/or Payroll Service Bureaus strongly preferred
