Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume customer traffic growth across owned, earned, and paid channels as well as AEO and SEO, to scale onsite engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, IT, reputed company Brand, reputed company Digital Experience, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of digital experience initiatives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Business, UX, or reputed company field; Master's preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience design, or online communications
  • Proven experience managing external digital agencies, design firms, and technology vendors
  • Hands‑on experience with reputed company Suite, reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company) or similar reputed company CMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, digital performance analytics, and customer engagement strategies
