As Senior Manager, Software Engineering for reputed company Bank, you will reputed company one or more engineering teams responsible for a critical area of the bank platform. You will translate product, regulatory, and operational priorities into technical plans and reliable execution across systems spanning areas such as payments, funding, reporting, or integrations. You will partner closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, and senior engineering leaders to deliver scalable, reliable, and audit-reputed company infrastructure for a modern banking platform. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years of engineering management experience Experience leading engineering teams through reputed company, cross-functional platform or infrastructure initiatives Strong technical background with experience contributing to architecture and technical direction for distributed systems, reputed company platforms, or business-critical infrastructure Experience operating in regulated, high-control, or high-reliability environments where quality, controls, auditability, and change management are critical
