As a Product Marketing Intern, you will primarily support merchant reputed company and AI Agent optimization efforts across multiple partners and countries. Your main responsibilities will include conducting merchant calls and interviews, reviewing AI Agent conversations to identify improvement opportunities, and generating insights that help improve conversion, customer experience, and marketing performance. You will also support campaign execution, reporting, and other day-to-day Product Marketing initiatives. What You'll Work On Monitor and optimize AI-powered channels by reviewing conversations, testing prompts, identifying friction points, and generating recommendations to improve performance and conversion. Conduct merchant reputed company, including sales calls and customer interviews, to drive offer conversion, understand customer behavior, gather market insights, and identify growth opportunities. Support the execution and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, In-App, and AI-driven channels, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational reputed company. Assist in creating marketing assets, presentations, business reviews, and partner-facing materials while helping maintain documentation, processes, and process tracking. Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
