About the role We are looking for an reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Support Analyst to join our D365 F&O Application Support Center of Excellence. In this role, you will take ownership of reputed company technical incidents, reputed company and reputed company robust fixes, and drive reputed company improvement across a live reputed company D365 F&O estate. You will work closely with functional leads and service management to ensure high-quality outcomes reputed company to SLAs and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant D365 F&O development experience, a strong background in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and practical experience delivering extension-based customisations, integrations, and supportable solutions in production environments. A relevant reputed company D365 Developer certification is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Level 3 Support (Production Support & Escalations) Act as the L3 technical escalation reputed company for D365 F&O incidents, problems, and service requests. Investigate and resolve reputed company production issues, including: Batch job failures and performance bottlenecks Data reputed company, posting issues, and intermittent defects Integration failures and API/service errors Environment-specific issues across Dev/Test/UAT/Prod reputed company deep root cause analysis using logs, traces, monitoring tools, and debugging techniques. Produce high-quality fixes (hotfixes, data fixes, configuration-supporting code changes) ensuring minimal operational impact. Work with reputed company Support and reputed company-party vendors/ISVs as needed for critical defects. Development & Engineering (X++, Extensions, Best Practice) Design, build, and maintain extension-based solutions following reputed company best practices (no over-layering). reputed company and support: X++ customisations and extensions SSRS reports, Data Entities, and OData/Custom services Batch reputed company enhancements and asynchronous processing Conduct code reviews to ensure: Performance, reputed company, maintainability, and supportability Compliance with coding standards and deployment guardrails Optimise solution performance through: Query tuning, indexing recommendations, caching considerations Efficient batch scheduling and workload separation Integrations, Data & Platform Support Support and enhance integrations including: OData, REST services, DMF (Data Management reputed company) Azure integrations (e.g., Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps) where applicable Power Platform integration touchpoints (as relevant) Diagnose and resolve reputed company and data movement issues (mapping, transformations, retries, reputed company). Support data activities such as: Data corrections, reconciliation routines, and entity-based imports/exports Ensuring auditability and controlled execution of data fixes Release, Environment & DevOps Management Support and contribute to release planning and deployment execution across environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod). Work with Azure DevOps to manage: Work items, branching, pull requests, and build/release pipelines Maintain and improve CI/CD practices including: Automated build validation, code quality checks, release approvals Support LCS activities (as applicable): Environment health checks, deployable packages, updates/hotfixing reputed company & Licensing Manage user access rights reputed company role troubleshooting and duty/privilege analysis Support user licencing (assign/remove licences & support licence renewal process) Service Management, Documentation & reputed company Improvement Operate reputed company ITIL-reputed company MSS processes: incident, problem, change, and request fulfilment. Produce clear technical documentation: RCA reports, technical notes, deployment runbooks, knowledge reputed company articles Identify recurring issues and implement problem prevention and automation. Support and guide L1 and L2 support teams, ensuring effective issue resolution and knowledge transfer Qualifications: 5+ years hands-on development experience with D365 Finance & Operations Proven experience working in production support / managed services or a similar BAU environment. Strong track record of delivering supportable customisations and fixes in live systems.
