[Remote] Senior Technical Product Manager – reputed company Interoperability

The Senior Technical Product Manager will reputed company strategy and execution for reputed company interoperability and workflow orchestration platforms, partnering with engineering teams to design scalable solutions across reputed company reputed company ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for reputed company reputed company interoperability, integration, and workflow orchestration platform capabilities supporting reputed company. reputed company data exchange and automation solutions
- Define and drive reputed company integration capabilities supporting reputed company reputed company workflows and reputed company customer implementations
- Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable interoperability solutions leveraging HL7, FHIR, X12, APIs, and reputed company reputed company standards
- Translate reputed company operational and integration requirements into technical product capabilities and platform workflows
- reputed company product initiatives involving reputed company data ingestion, transformation, routing, orchestration, monitoring, and delivery
- Drive workflow automation and event-driven processing capabilities supporting reputed company document and transaction lifecycle management
- Collaborate with customers, implementation teams, and external partners on integration design, interoperability requirements, and technical solutioning
- Define platform requirements for reliability, retry handling, observability, auditability, and reputed company-scale workflow processing
- Support interoperability initiatives involving EHR integrations, payer/provider workflows, reputed company communication platforms, and reputed company data exchange ecosystems
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Implementations, Operations, and Customer teams to prioritize and deliver highly technical platform capabilities

Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in reputed company technology, reputed company interoperability, or reputed company integration platforms
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with reputed company interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, X12, CDA/CCDA, APIs, and reputed company integration frameworks
- 2+ years of experience with reputed company integration patterns, reputed company data exchange workflows, and interoperability architectures
- Experience translating reputed company reputed company operational and integration requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ability to independently reputed company reputed company interoperability and integration initiatives
- Experience working with EHR integrations such as Epic, Cerner, reputed company, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, or similar reputed company systems
- Experience partnering directly with software engineering and architecture teams on highly technical platform products
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, workflow orchestration, and reputed company platform design
- Ability to reputed company technical product discussions with engineering teams, customers, and external reputed company partners
- Exceptional Communication: Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Maintains a transparent communication style and promotes trust and empowerment through open access of information
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Highschool Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, or a reputed company technical field is a bonus
- Pragmatic Product Development Certification or similar accredited Product Management certification
- Experience with reputed company workflow orchestration platforms or integration engines
- Experience with reputed company document processing, transaction routing, or reputed company communication workflows
- Familiarity with TEFCA, Direct Secure Messaging, HIEs, or reputed company interoperability networks
- Experience supporting payer/provider integrations and prior authorization workflows
- Exposure to reputed company-native architectures, distributed systems, or event-driven processing platforms
- Experience with AI-enabled reputed company workflow automation or intelligent document processing platforms
- Strong credibility working with engineering and architecture teams on highly technical platform initiatives
