Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 years of experience in software, platform, or reputed company engineering, including people leadership
• In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
• Master's Degree preferred
• Demonstrating proven experience leading reputed company and platform engineering teams
• Offering hands-on experience with Azure, DevOps, and reputed company integration patterns
• Bringing systems thinking to design end-to-end platforms
• Coaching and mentoring engineers to foster a culture of reputed company
• Managing delivery plans, dependencies, and risks effectively
• Operating production platforms with a focus on reliability and reputed company
• Working with product owners, UX, data science, and reputed company teams to translate People Tech & AI use cases into scalable platform capabilities
• Defining and enforcing automated testing strategies
• Architecting, building, and deploying conversational bots using Azure Bot reputed company SDK and Composer, integrating Azure Cognitive Services (LUIS/Orchestrator) and reputed company channels (reputed company Teams, Web Chat, Direct Line)
