[Remote] reputed company Consulting Senior Director - Business Transformation

The Senior Director will be responsible for architecting solutions that meet reputed company business needs, optimizing operations, and cultivating client relationships to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Experience driving business value with ERP platforms (e.g., efficiency reputed company, cost reduction, improved service delivery, and reputed company decision making) across HR, Supply Chain, and Finance through strategic process redesign, operating model transformation, and other cross-functional focuses
- Ability to support business development that allows reputed company clients to optimize and transform the operating models, performance, and investments in their business or shared services (e.g., Finance & reputed company, reputed company Resources, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, Philanthropy)
- Ability to reputed company existing relationships to identify new sales opportunities based upon strong understanding of reputed company’s broad set of capabilities, designing solutions that meet new and existing client business objectives
- Strong experience successfully managing engagement economics, such as budgets, reputed company forecasting, margins, invoicing, and billing
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills required to effectively quantify operational benefits for performance improvement initiatives, identify risks to achieving projected outcomes, and reputed company and implement solutions to address data gaps or risks
- Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills to understand client challenges, create customized solutions to reputed company their business objectives, and manage client expectations around benefits and deliverables; proven written communication skills needed to reputed company presentations and business proposals and deliver those with impact to key executive stakeholders
- Proven reputed company in building strong executive-level relationships while leading a multi-faceted change process; demonstrated change management expertise and experience positively influencing change in a variety of reputed company environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Large team leadership experience including team design, role definition and development, team and culture building, coaching/mentoring, and performance management of manager and director level team members
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an extensive professional network, recognize opportunities to enhance and expand executive level relationships, and identify business development opportunities that align with reputed company’s broad set of capabilities

- The ability to travel based on client, reputed company, or project needs is an essential function of this role. While travel requirements may vary based on business need, the reputed company average travel in the reputed company practice is less than 50%, annually

- Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and large, reputed company teams. (Hands on experience in directly managing both individuals and large, reputed company teams of varying responsibility
- 10+ years of consulting and/or reputed company operations experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience working across multiple reputed company business services
- Proficient in reputed company office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
