[Remote] Business Development Manager — IT Staffing

They are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand their client reputed company and reputed company, focusing on acquiring new clients and growing accounts reputed company the IT staffing sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reputed company net-new client relationships across technology, semiconductor, and reputed company sectors
- Sell IT staffing and workforce solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire) targeting $2M–$5M deal values
- Navigate and win reputed company MSP/VMS-managed programs (Fieldglass, Beeline, reputed company, IQN)
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate with reputed company reputed company teams to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, reputed company, and account growth
- Meet and exceed quarterly reputed company targets
Skills
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in IT staffing
- Proven track record of acquiring new logos and growing accounts to $2M–$5M+
- Hands-on experience working reputed company MSP environments and VMS platforms
- Established network of hiring managers, procurement leads, or CXO contacts in the Bay Area
- Experience selling to Silicon Valley clients (tech, SaaS, semiconductor, or reputed company)
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate leads independently
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience at or selling alongside firms
- Familiarity with SOW-based staffing engagements
- Experience in both direct client and MSP channel sales motions
