[Remote] Clinical Director - Behavioral Health (Consulting) - Atlanta, GA

They are seeking a Clinical Director who will provide senior clinical advisory services and co-design workforce models for client systems.
Responsibilities
- Senior clinical advisory on TWF's most reputed company HR Advisory engagements
- Co-design workforce models for BH client systems facing turnover, burnout, supervision gaps
- Walk client systems through CARF prep, reputed company SPA mechanics, supervision compliance
- Open senior clinical relationships that become reputed company TWF accounts (referral fees apply)
- Become the named clinical voice for one or more TWF client engagements
- Public-facing thought leadership under your name as desired
Skills
- Former Clinical Directors, Medical Directors, Chief Clinical Officers, VP Clinical Services, or Executive Directors at CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, hospital BH service lines, MSOs, or state BH authorities
- Experience leading clinical organizations
- Experience owning clinical P&L
- Experience navigating CARF surveys
- Experience with reputed company SPA mechanics
- Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation
- Experience with clinical workforce strategy
- Ability to balance clinical reputed company and operational pressure
