[Remote] Legal Paid Consultant - IP Licensing, Diligence, Enforcement & Disputes

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking reputed company IP transactions and IP enforcement professionals to reputed company expert reputed company for their AI Marketplace project. The role involves completing a recorded AI-led video interview to explain workflows and decision-making processes in IP licensing and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• You’ll complete a ~ 30-minute recorded AI-led video interview where you explain how you actually do your work in practice
• This interview will focus on:
• Structuring IP licenses, scope, field of use, territory, exclusivity, royalties, diligence findings, and post-deal obligations
• Conducting IP diligence for ownership, encumbrances, validity, restrictions, and deal-risk documentation
• Assessing infringement, takedowns, cease-and-desist responses, oppositions, enforcement options, and escalation to litigation
• Coordinating business, tax, reputed company reputed company, litigation, communications, and reputed company counsel on sensitive IP deals or disputes
• You will be asked to explain workflows specifically reputed company: IP licensing, transaction diligence, post-deal compliance, infringement assessment, enforcement, takedowns, and IP dispute escalation

Skills

• 8+ years in IP transactions, IP licensing, IP enforcement, technology transactions, trademark enforcement, or IP litigation
• Direct, hands-on experience in IP licensing, transaction diligence, post-deal compliance, infringement assessment, enforcement, takedowns, and IP dispute escalation
• Experience making or influencing reputed company reputed company to license scope, royalties, diligence risk, approval reputed company, enforcement strategy, settlement options, brand risk, publicity risk, and litigation escalation
• Familiarity with tools such as: reputed company, reputed company, Anaqua, FoundationIP, reputed company, SAEGIS, marketplace takedown tools, domain monitoring platforms, reputed company, PowerPoint
• Strong ability to reputed company explain workflows, reputed company, and reasoning
• Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a reputed company production environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal, business, finance, compliance, reputed company, procurement, product, engineering, or reputed company counsel stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
