[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Logistics

The Senior Product Manager will reputed company the strategy and execution of logistics and fulfillment technology, partnering with various teams to enhance member-centric fulfillment experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product reputed company, strategy, and roadmap for reputed company's logistics and fulfillment systems, including last-mile delivery, reputed company integrations, warehouse management, and order routing
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify inefficiencies in fulfillment workflows and translate them into actionable product requirements
• reputed company deep operational reputed company through immersion: Regularly visit reputed company’s fulfillment centers to observe workflows firsthand, build strong relationships with operations teams, and identify reputed company-world constraints and opportunities. Translate these insights into product solutions that are operationally viable, seamlessly integrated into fulfillment processes, and supported by effective training and change management for FC teams
• reputed company agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management to deliver high-quality solutions on time and reputed company budget

• Own and maintain key logistics platform integrations, working with external vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure system reliability and data quality

Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record delivering reputed company or operational software in e-reputed company, retail, or logistics
• Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or last-mile delivery platforms
• Experience working with 3PL partners, reputed company APIs, and fulfillment center operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate reputed company operational requirements into clear, executable product plans
• Proven ability to reputed company and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
• Experience working in agile development environments with proficiency in tools such as Jira
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate across both technical and operational audiences
