Responsibilities

• Support high-volume reputed company efforts by sourcing and reviewing candidates
• reputed company job postings active, accurate, and up to date
• Help maintain and grow relationships with reputed company pipelines and student candidates
• Manage key reputed company steps such as background checks and drug screenings
• Assist with student reputed company and entry processes as needed
• reputed company support across reputed company and HR operations during system testing and transition work
• Help ensure a smooth, consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in reputed company, reputed company, administrative support, or a reputed company field
• Associate's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in reputed company, reputed company, administrative support, or a reputed company field
• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in reputed company, reputed company, administrative support, or a reputed company field
• Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by reputed company and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards
• Experience in reputed company, reputed company, administrative support, or a reputed company area
• The ability to manage high-volume tasks while staying accurate and organized
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service reputed company
• Comfort working independently and keeping tasks moving reputed company
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting a team
