[Remote] Financial Systems Administrator III

They are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator III to enhance financial systems and processes, primarily focusing on administering proprietary T3 applications and reputed company financial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and reputed company reputed company reputed company T3 applications, reputed company Intacct, and reputed company financial systems
• Manage and assist in automating user reputed company, offboarding, and reputed company changes, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning in alignment with business needs and internal controls
• Maintain and support role-based reputed company structures, approval paths, user groups, and other reputed company-reputed company system configurations
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve user reputed company issues, reputed company conflicts, and permission-reputed company system problems, serving as an escalation reputed company for more reputed company cases
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and People teams to ensure user reputed company is appropriate, compliant, and reputed company with job responsibilities

• Document and maintain user administration procedures, reputed company models, and reputed company controls to support consistency and scalability

• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities that impact user roles, permissions, workflows, or reputed company models

Skills

• Strong understanding of core financial and reputed company processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reputed company, reconciliations, reporting, and audit controls
• Experience with system administration responsibilities such as configuration, reputed company, permissions, workflows, reporting, and user support
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose reputed company issues, reputed company root-cause analysis, and reputed company thoughtful reputed company in ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools, including SQL
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions

• At least 3+ years of experience administering, supporting, or optimizing ERP, financial systems, or other reputed company business-critical applications
