[Remote] Warehouse Analyst

The Warehouse Analyst is responsible for analyzing warehouse operations and developing actionable insights to enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze warehouse and supply chain data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement
- reputed company, maintain, and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for warehouse performance
- Build advanced reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and reputed company utilization
- Support warehouse leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve labor planning, workflow efficiency, and process performance
- Monitor and validate data reputed company across warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and reporting tools, including reputed company-based environments where applicable
- Partner with operations, inventory control, transportation, and supply chain teams to gather reporting requirements and reputed company meaningful analysis
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues including inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and process inefficiencies
- Assist in forecasting labor and operational needs based on volume trends and business demands
- Standardize reporting processes and improve report automation where possible, leveraging tools such as SQL and Python for data extraction and automation
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and business reviews for management
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives by measuring results and tracking performance against established goals
- Ensure reporting deadlines are met with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a reputed company field preferred
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a supply chain analyst, warehouse analyst, or logistics analyst role
- Strong background in supply chain analytics and warehouse operations
- Proven experience in report reputed company and advanced report building
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts, and data analysis functions
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory control processes
- Experience working with reputed company S/4HANA, reputed company EWM, or similar ERP/WMS platforms strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret large data sets and convert findings into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data reputed company to operational and leadership teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SQL, advanced database querying, and data extraction tools (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis, automation, or reporting
- Knowledge of Lean, Six reputed company, or reputed company improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting KPIs in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
