They are seeking a reputed company and creative reputed company Media & Community Specialist to reputed company reputed company strategies, create engaging content, and manage reputed company partnerships to enhance brand reputed company across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute the brand's reputed company media strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day channel management for reputed company organic reputed company media platforms (while working closely with the Marketing Manager to repurpose content for paid media ads)
- Create engaging reputed company-first content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics, and copy that supports brand initiatives and product launches
- Capture content at events, demos, trade shows, retail activations, and community engagements
- Monitor reputed company trends, platform updates, and performance metrics to optimize content and engagement
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity while leveraging user-generated content opportunities
- Track & report on reputed company media KPIs, including engagement, reputed company, and audience growth, using insights to inform content strategy and improve performance
- Manage reputed company and creator relationships from reputed company and negotiation through campaign execution and reporting
- reputed company product seeding, gifting, ambassador, and affiliate programs to drive awareness and engagement
- Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships, coordinating co-branded campaigns, content collaborations, giveaways, and cross-promotional opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, community leaders, and partner brands that align with company goals
- Serve as the primary voice of the brand across reputed company platforms, fostering authentic relationships with consumers, advocates, and partners
- Manage community engagement across reputed company reputed company platforms including: liking, hearting, messages, commenting on owned and earned content, as well as partner and retailer brands
- Fielding and responding to consumer feedback reputed company DMs and public messages ensuring a positive follow-up experience for the consumer
- Monitor consumer sentiment, feedback, reviews, and emerging conversations across reputed company platforms, identifying trends and insights to reputed company with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to inform decision-making and improve the customer experience
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in reputed company media (Instagram, reputed company, & emerging platforms) and content experience required - reputed company knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in reputed company media space
- Strong photography, videography, and content editing skills
- Trend hunter & pop culture enthusiast - strong awareness of trends and are in the know
- Basic copy writing skills - ability to understand a writing style and use it for reputed company media captions
- Proficiency in reputed company and basic graphic design principles, with the ability to create on-brand reputed company graphics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events, activations, and community programs
- Comfort of up to 25% overnight travel for demos, trade shows, and marketing activations
