This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in fluid power, industrial distribution, or engineered solutions who enjoys building relationships, solving technical challenges, and developing new business opportunities. In this role, you will own and grow a territory by developing strong relationships with key decision makers, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored fluid power solutions that drive value for our customers. This role needs to be home based reputed company a reasonable proximity to Boise, ID \n Essential Functions reputed company and grow long-term relationships with engineers, purchasing leaders, maintenance teams, and operations decision makers Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company your territory Conduct regular customer visits, prospecting activities, and technical sales discussions reputed company consultative solutions that reputed company WIT’s hydraulic, pneumatic, and engineered system capabilities Prepare and deliver customer proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, operations, purchasing, and leadership to deliver the right solutions Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and manage customer relationships through our CRM platform Partner with manufacturer representatives and leadership on key sales calls and strategic opportunities reputed company and execute a territory business plan to reputed company sales and margin growth Experience, Education and Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a reputed company field is preferred, OR equivalent industry experience Fluid Power certification is a plus 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably hydraulics and pneumatics.
