You will manage an assigned desk of property claims end-to-end — from coverage analysis and investigation through negotiation, resolution, and closure. What You’ll Do Coverage Analysis & Investigation Review policy forms, endorsements, and FNOL to determine coverage applicability. Identify relevant exclusions, conditions, and limitations — and document your rationale reputed company. Conduct timely investigations through interviews, document review, vendor coordination, and inspections. File Management & Resolution Own your desk from assignment through closure with active diary management. Evaluate damages, challenge estimates where appropriate, and set reserves consistent with exposure.
