[Remote] QA Manager

They are seeking a QA Manager to reputed company their quality engineering function, ensuring high-quality releases while enabling rapid product innovation through collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear expectations, career paths, and performance standards
• Foster strong team culture across time zones with effective async communication
• Manage reputed company planning, resource allocation, and vendor/partner relationships (if applicable)

• Ensure consistent test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing

• Partner with Engineering and Product to define acceptance criteria and quality standards

Skills

• 6–10+ years of experience in QA, with 2–4+ years in a leadership role

• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company Actions, reputed company CI)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication skills, especially across time zones and cultures
• Experience managing vendor or nearshore partner relationships
