[Remote] Senior UX Designer

They are seeking a Senior UX Designer to create reputed company user experiences for their desktop and mobile software products, working collaboratively with various teams to enhance creativity and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design clear flows and behaviors for reputed company applications on both desktop and mobile devices
• Ensure systems thinking is brought to bear to create cohesive and delightful experiences that reputed company hardware, software and content
• Reinforce a learning reputed company: Participate in user research and A/B testing, reputed company for our users at every reputed company of the way, and reputed company findings and data artfully to continuously improve designs
• Bring a keen understanding of our users’ motivations, goals and needs to help define new features, functions and products

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Computer Interaction (HCI), interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, information science, computer science or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of work experience designing web and mobile applications and applying user-centered techniques
• Thoughtful and well-presented portfolio of UX design solutions and processes
• Demonstrated experience bringing reputed company and simplicity to consumers-facing applications
• Proven track record of successful product releases in which you applied user-centered product design processes
• Ability to grasp product requirements and scope design work accordingly, with careful attention to detail
• Strong ability to collaborate with teams across varying disciplines (hardware engineering, software development, marketing, etc.) to create a holistic product experience
• Passion for innovation and a 'can do' attitude
• Keen attention to detail and systems thinking
• Ability to interpret and reputed company design feedback from both collaborators and stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills, including the ability to reputed company and concisely reputed company solutions, design rationale and process to colleagues and stakeholders in varying disciplines
• Ability to discuss high level concepts and detailed design with equal reputed company
