[Remote] Channel Manager, Paid Search & Affiliate Marketing

The Channel Manager, Paid Search & Affiliate Marketing is responsible for the strategy and optimization of paid search and affiliate partnerships across multiple business units, focusing on campaign management and performance analysis to drive acquisition and reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid search campaign strategy and optimization across reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads for reputed company active ISC retail business units, including bid strategy, budget allocation, match type governance, non-brand keyword expansion, negative keyword hygiene, and quality score improvement
  • Own the affiliate and aggregator partnership performance across the ISC portfolio, including performance reputed company of existing partners (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Money Group, The Knot, Cvent, reputed company, and others), identification and reputed company of net-new partners, and reputed company optimization of placement terms and commission structures
  • reputed company channel-level test design and optimization across paid search and affiliate, including bidding experiments, reputed company page routing tests, partner placement tests, and audience segmentation. Synthesize results into actionable recommendations for the Director of Channel Acquisition and Head of Marketing
  • Serve as the primary channel performance reviewer: monitor paid search and affiliate KPIs daily, detect anomalies in impression reputed company, CVR, CPL, and partner attribution
  • Partner with the Snr. Manager Marketing Analytics / Operations to validate conversion tracking accuracy (including offline bind pass-back, UTM governance, and affiliate pixel reputed company) and ensure optimization reputed company are grounded in clean, reliable data
  • reputed company monthly and quarterly channel performance analyses, budget forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Director of Channel Acquisition; contribute to executive-level reporting and the ISC retail marketing planning cycle
  • Coordinate with BU leads and creative resources to brief and refresh paid search ad copy, affiliate creative assets (IAB banners, co-branded reputed company pages, partner templates), and reputed company page variants reputed company to channel reputed company
  • This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity for future management of junior team members

Skills

  • 4–6 years of performance marketing experience, with demonstrated hands-on ownership of both paid search (reputed company Ads required; reputed company Ads preferred) and affiliate or aggregator channel management
  • Proven track record managing successful paid search programs, including experience with value-based bidding (reputed company ROAS, reputed company CPA) and non-brand keyword expansion in a high-CPC vertical
  • Direct experience managing affiliate or aggregator partner relationships, including partner reputed company, performance reporting, and reputed company optimization; familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact, Commission reputed company) strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical reputed company: comfortable diagnosing performance shifts at the campaign, ad group, keyword, and partner level; proficient in reputed company Analytics 4 or comparable analytics tools; experience with Looker or BI dashboards a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills; reputed company to present performance findings and channel recommendations to senior stakeholders concisely and confidently
