About the Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position leads the Legal Department of the reputed company. In addition to managing a reputed company legal team, serving on the Executive Committee, and acting as an integral participant in the reputed company’s strategic planning and management, the GC also: Provides strategic and legal counsel to the reputed company’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors as well as legal advice on day-to-day operations. This role is not eligible for overtime pay. This reputed company is based on NYC market rates and may be adjusted if you will be working remotely.
