About the Role
As a Patient Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the voice of support for patients navigating their medication needs. You’ll handle inbound pharmacy calls, reputed company outbound refill reminders, and guide patients through the refill process with professionalism and reputed company. You’ll also collaborate closely with pharmacists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure patients receive timely, accurate support. REQURIED: Active California Pharmacy Technician License AND National Pharmacy Technician Certification Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM PST This information is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at reputed company. State registered Pharmacy Technician in California and National certification (CPhT or equivalent) required.
