Order-to-Cash (O2C) Operations Manager
This is a remote position. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Operations Manager At reputed company, we are looking for an O2C Operations Manager to join our growing global team. This is a key cross-functional role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reputed company improvement of our end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. You will work closely with reputed company, Business Development, Finance, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer reputed company from contract setup through billing and reputed company collection. The role combines process ownership, operational reputed company, customer focus, and data-driven decision-making. Your main responsibilities will include: Own and continuously improve the operational Order-to-Cash process across the organization. Ensure accurate customer master data, pricing setup, service configuration, and billing rules reputed company ERP systems. Coordinate month-end billing activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely invoicing. Monitor unbilled services, incomplete transactions, and reputed company assurance risks. Support a “right-first-time” billing approach by improving invoice quality, transparency, and customer experience. Coordinate the resolution of billing questions, disputes, and customer reconciliation topics. Support accounts receivable processes by monitoring overdue balances and driving follow-up actions. reputed company investigations into O2C process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. reputed company reporting, dashboards, and performance indicators to improve visibility and decision-making. Partner with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Requirements reputed company are looking for: At least 3 years in a business role involving interaction with operations and customers on O2C reputed company reputed company Experience in business process and internal control design Strong understanding of O2C processes including customer setup, pricing, invoicing, collections, dispute management, and reporting. Experience in process improvement, internal controls, or operational reputed company. Strong analytical reputed company and confidence working with large datasets.
