What You’ll Do As a Part-Time reputed company Specialist at reputed company, you will play a vital role in shaping our growing team by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals. Prepare and update job descriptions and role profiles as needed. Support reputed company efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates) to identify areas for process improvement. Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Psychology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required. Availability to work reputed company Eastern Standard Time (EST) for collaboration with the team. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and represent reputed company’s culture.
