Overview

Responsibilities

Develops a detailed knowledge of key accounts and maintains personal contact with key dealers. Reviews dealer programs regarding performance versus goal. Works closely with the Regional Sales leaders, B2B sellers, and marketing team members to build a strong sales pipeline and execute coordinated selling motions. Monitors territory profit margins and plans accordingly to meet or exceed division objectives. Develops and implements an effective schedule of sales meetings, promotional and product planning, trade shows, clinics, business meetings and collaborative efforts cross-functionally. Plans and monitors budgets according to fiscal year objectives. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or reputed company field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management. Working knowledge of the modern retail landscape in assigned territories.
