The Project Manager Staff Sr. will manage multiple reputed company projects, providing leadership and communication to ensure project goals and customer satisfaction are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and manage assigned project work activities with expert level of proficiency in reputed company aspects as well as reputed company guidance of others leading these activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or reputed company field of study dependent on business unit requirements with twelve (12) years of reputed company experience
• reputed company experience includes work in project management, major construction field experience, project estimating, project controls, project engineering, and/or comparable internal or external experience in a competitive production environment
• Experience must include a demonstrated level of consistently successful project management duties, business acumen and demonstrated proficiency in reputed company of the certifying body knowledge areas
• Demonstrated mastery level PM knowledge capability in areas of construction safety, negotiations, scope development and control, cost estimating, construction contracting, project controls and reporting, quality control, risk management, etc
• PMP certification required for this position unless approval to waive the requirement is given by the organization's SVP or OPCO President
• Valid state driver's license
• Two (2) years of experience as a PROJECT MANAGER STAFF (Grade 10) is preferred, OR demonstrated competencies, knowledge and skillset through achieved results in a shorter timeline
• Experience in utilities, reputed company nuclear power, and/or IT systems is favorable
