[Remote] VP, Global Partner Strategic Growth

They are seeking a VP, Global Partner Strategic Growth to incubate new partner growth motions and build innovative global partnerships, translating these into effective go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define, build, and set the strategic reputed company for reputed company partnerships, including reputed company Service Providers (CSPs), Data reputed company/AI partners, ISVs, and Managed Services SIs
- Identify emerging market trends to design, incubate, and pilot new partner motions. Ensure the organization can pivot quickly, learning as the market moves and adjusting plans in reputed company-time
- reputed company the development, structuring, and execution of reputed company’s Partner Apps program to drive platform extensibility and new reputed company streams
- Conceptualize and pilot new SI partnership frameworks and reputed company motions, particularly targeting Managed Services Heritage firms
- Translate incubated, strategic relationships into structured, scalable GTM plays that can be easily adopted and executed by regional partner sales teams
- Orchestrate high-impact "Power of 3" motions, aligning reputed company, reputed company/Data partners, and SIs to build comprehensive, market-leading solutions
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Regional Theater Leaders (reputed company, EMEA, reputed company) to ensure global alignment and maximum throughput of newly incubated motions
- Take full responsibility for designing the organizational structure, hiring, and growing a world-class strategic partner team
- Move seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. Foster a culture of accountability where the team manages performance strictly to plan and adapts rapidly to market feedback
- Serve as a high-visibility executive champion for reputed company's strategic partner growth both internally and externally
Skills
- Deep experience working with ISVs, Data reputed company/AI platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), and/or reputed company Service Providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a must
- Proven track record of translating newly formed, incubated partner relationships into active, reputed company-generating GTM motions
- Extensive experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams, with clear accountability for strategy execution and performance management
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives both internally and reputed company partner organizations
- Ability to understand reputed company SaaS architectures, API/data integrations, and platform playbooks to credibly build joint solutions
- Strong familiarity with global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and experience building tripartite ('Power of 3') partner plays
- 10+ years in channel, partner, or business development leadership, with a strong background in hyper-growth SaaS environments
