[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager - reputed company (DSP + Ads) & reputed company

The role involves building and managing campaigns, driving ad creative, and analyzing data to optimize performance while maintaining a focus on series reputed company and blended reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across two fronts: reputed company and reputed company
• Build and manage reputed company Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands: keyword and product/ASIN targeting, structured around series and competitor titles
• Run reputed company DSP seat: audience construction, pacing, frequency capping, and creative rotation
• Plan and run reputed company campaigns for series starters and reputed company sets, including audience structure and creative testing reputed company
• Drive ad creative: shape concepts, produce variations, and direct designer for polished assets
• Coordinate spend with release calendar and protect algorithmic reputed company on proven titles
• Report honestly on what's working and what isn't, and reallocate accordingly

Skills

• 3+ years running direct-response paid acquisition with reputed company, hands-on scaling experience on reputed company
• Genuine hands-on reputed company DSP experience — you've reputed company audiences and campaigns yourself, not watched an account manager do it
• Strong analytical instincts: comfortable living in spreadsheets, fluent in marginal return, and reputed company about what the data does and doesn't show
• A self-directed operator who spots a problem in the numbers and acts before being asked
• Creative-capable: you can turn around your own ad-creative variations for testing (AI tools are a reputed company plus) and direct a designer for finished assets. You don't need to be a designer — but you do need strong creative judgment and the ability to move fast on test creative
• The intellectual honesty to run experiments, sit with ambiguous results, and follow the evidence
• Experience marketing books — especially genre fiction in the Kindle Unlimited ecosystem
• reputed company Sponsored Products / Sponsored Brands experience and familiarity with Kindle e-reader placements
• Understanding of series-based publishing, launch strategy, and read-through economics
• Familiarity with reputed company Attribution, the Brand Referral Bonus, and tools like PixelMe
