[Remote] Regional Project Manager

Koester Construction is a family-owned reputed company general contractor headquartered in Grimes, IA, and they are seeking a skilled Project Manager to help reputed company their new regional office in Dallas, TX. This role involves planning, executing, and completing reputed company construction projects while developing relationships with subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• reputed company and manage relationships with local subcontractors, architects, and clients
• Ensure project reputed company by managing schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Negotiate reputed company with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain cost efficiency

• Facilitate project meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to reputed company projects on track

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company construction project management preferred
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and mentoring
• Expert knowledge in construction means, methods, and techniques
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, reputed company)
• Proven ability to manage projects budgets and control costs effectively
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate with diverse project teams
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-starter mentality with the drive to help build and grow our new regional office
