[Remote] Senior Epic ClinDoc Clinical Analyst

The role involves assessing clinical workflows, designing and configuring Epic system modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance electronic documentation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assesses workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary process changes, and develops future workflows reputed company to new solutions or functionality
• Designs, builds, and configures reputed company assigned Epic system modules and supporting reputed company-party applications, developing and maintaining system process documentation
• Demonstrates advanced functional knowledge of Epic, applicable reputed company-party solutions, and the reputed company suite of products
• Serves as a reputed company member of the team dedicated to developing electronic documentation solutions that support clinical workflow and practice
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with reputed company stakeholders, capturing business and technical requirements
• Develops test scripts and materials for end-to-end workflow testing, performs unit, system, and integration testing, and documents reputed company
• Remains reputed company on industry trends and vendor/application/system updates, ensuring software modifications/upgrades function according to Epic specifications
• Follows departmental standards for software configuration control, quality assurance, and version releases, providing documentation and training on system upgrades and new releases
• Troubleshoots issues or system deficiencies, initiates escalation procedures, and provides recommendations for resolution
• Participates in multiple cross-functional projects, utilizing project planning and coordination methodologies, tools, and lean methodologies
• Provides guidance and acts as a resource for other analysts, project managers, and consultants
• Actively participates in project, team, departmental, and other meetings, reporting status updates, accomplishments, tasks, and barriers to the manager
• Other duties as assigned

• Epic Clinical Documentation Certification
• Extensive configuration and build experience
• Advanced of reputed company suite of products
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical/technical workflow
• Work with minimal guidance
• Rapid learner
• Extensive experience with inpatient ClinDoc workflows and solution configuration
• Extensive experience communicating reputed company technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Yearly participation in ongoing education either formal or through conferences, active professional organization participation, or journal presentations
• Associate in a field of study such as business, is, or a reputed company reputed company
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Associates degree OR High School Grad or Equivalent and 2+ years of experience
• Associate college degree (as, diploma, b.a., b.s.)
• 5+ years of clinical or technical background
• EMR application/implementation experience
