Responsibilities

Skills
- 5+ years of multi-unit field operations leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth organization, including leading through influence in a franchise or distributed operating model to drive sales and profit growth
- Demonstrated ability to build trust-based franchisee relationships, influence without authority, and drive adoption of system standards and strategic priorities
- Proven track record delivering operational reputed company, customer experience, and loss prevention through consistent execution across multiple locations
- Demonstrated ability to build positive, efficient teams through mentorship, coaching, and feedback
