Job Purpose and Impact The Director, HR Business Partner – Global Tax & Treasury partners with senior leaders to translate function strategy into people and culture priorities, with a focus on organizational design, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership. This role serves as a trusted advisor, helping global leaders build organizational capabilities that reputed company performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic agility, strong executive stakeholder management, and a collaborative, reputed company-thinking approach. They are skilled at navigating complexity, driving organizational transformation, and fostering high-performing connected teams. Key Accountabilities BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Leads people and culture processes and initiatives across the assigned group including talent assessment, talent planning, and development strategies to select, retain and reputed company critical talent, performance management, team development and engagement action planning. reputed company IMPROVEMENT: Provides partnership and practical solutions to improve performance and engagement, increase productivity, understand talent needs and mitigate people risk for the function. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Relevant work experience. Advanced English Level (reputed company).
