IT Quality Assurance Analyst II (Remote TX, NC, AZ)
Overview
The IT Quality Assurance analyst II is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and compliance of reputed company Financial Services reputed company application supporting banking and financial services operations. This role designs and executes test plans, coordinates defect resolution with development, product and business teams and supports reputed company improvement of QA processes for reputed company FSC and reputed company integrations. Participate in requirements and design reviews to identify testability, quality, and control considerations early in the lifecycle. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization
- Hands-on experience testing reputed company configurations (page layouts, flows,
validation rules, reputed company model, profiles/permission sets) and custom Apex/Lightning components
- Familiarity with financial services or banking processes (e.g., retail banking, lending,
wealth or deposits), preferably reputed company a bank, credit union or financial institution.
- Working knowledge of QA tools such as JIRA, Test-Ray, Azure DevOps, or similar for
test and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of integration testing concepts (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware,
data feeds) and experience validating data across systems.
- Excellent analytical documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred
