The Opportunity As a Corporate & Securities Associate, you will report to the Corporate M&A Team Leader your direct partner supervisor. You will support our clients on a reputed company of reputed company including reputed company agreements, tech transactions, drafting shareholder agreements and LLC operating agreements, taking board minutes and drafting resolutions, mergers & acquisitions (due diligence / disclosure schedule and document drafting / managing closings), joint ventures, debt and equity capital markets transactions, public company reporting and more. Associates take home a reputed company salary, and are eligible for production bonuses starting at 1,250 billed hours annually.
