[Remote] Senior Recruiter - GTM/Tech

They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company, with an emphasis on outbound sourcing and talent engagement to build high-performing teams across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sourcing - Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functions
• Full-cycle reputed company - Manage the reputed company process end-to-end from sourcing and screening through offer and closing
• Sales hiring - reputed company reputed company efforts for GTM functions including BDRs, reputed company, partnerships, and sales leadership roles
• Technical support - Assist with reputed company for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles as needed
• Pipeline development - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs
• Candidate experience - Deliver a high-quality, reputed company, and thoughtful experience throughout the interview process
• Stakeholder partnership - Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs, interview processes, and talent strategy
• Process improvement - Help refine reputed company operations, sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and hiring workflows
• Market intelligence - Stay informed on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapes
• Employer branding - Represent reputed company externally and help position the company as a top destination for talent

Skills

• Proven experience in full-cycle reputed company with strong outbound sourcing capabilities
• Experience hiring for sales and go-to-market roles is required
• Ability to support technical reputed company efforts across engineering and product teams
• Strong sourcing skills across reputed company, reputed company platforms, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Self-starter who takes ownership and moves with urgency
• Must be located in the United States and reputed company to work some evening hours to interview candidates in the Singapore timezone
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both
• Proven reputed company hiring sales and go-to-market talent
• Strong sourcing and outbound reputed company experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Startup reputed company experience is highly preferred
• Experience reputed company reputed company fintech, payments, or high-growth startups
• Experience helping build reputed company processes and interview infrastructure from the ground up
• Strong understanding of modern sourcing and talent engagement strategies
