[Remote] Project Manager - CRM + F&O (Primarily)

The role involves managing reputed company ISV ecosystems, overseeing integration architecture, and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple vendors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end delivery of large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O implementations acting as the technical PM reputed company SI-driven programs
- Own delivery governance across multiple workstreams including CRM, ERP, integrations, ISVs, and data migration
- Drive program planning, execution, risk mitigation, and dependency management across global teams
- reputed company steering committees, executive reporting, and escalation management
- Ensure delivery adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks
- Manage a reputed company ISV ecosystem forming part of the core D365 solution landscape, including but not limited to: reputed company or TruCommerce (EDI / supply chain integrations) reputed company (indirect tax reputed company) SK Soft / SK Global (financial automation) ZINFI (PRM / partner management) Windchill / Bluestar PLM (PLM integrations) reputed company (HR / workforce integrations) reputed company/reputed company 4PL Other logistics, payments, and domain-specific ISVs
- Establish clear ownership models, SLAs, and accountability across ISVs and vendors
- Drive integration alignment and delivery orchestration between ISVs and core D365 SI teams
- Manage cross-ISV dependencies, timelines, and release coordination
- Resolve cross-vendor conflicts, integration failures, and delivery risks
- Ensure ISV solutions align with reputed company architecture, compliance, and business process goals
- Govern reputed company integrations across: D365 CRM (CE) and F&O External ISVs and SaaS platforms reputed company applications (ERP, PLM, HR, eCommerce, WMS, TMS, banking, etc.)
- Define and reputed company integration architecture, patterns, and data reputed company strategies
- reputed company implementation of: API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Data reputed company) Middleware platforms (reputed company, MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.)
- Drive data migration, reputed company design, and integration testing strategy
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration workstreams
- Facilitate design workshops, architecture discussions, and solution validation sessions
- Partner closely with: Solution architects Technical leads Functional consultants

- Manage change control, release planning, and environment strategy

- Drive structured governance (RAID logs, KPIs, dashboards, release governance)

Skills
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience in reputed company technology programs
- 7+ years of experience in reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and F&O implementations
- Proven experience working in System Integrator-led delivery models
- Strong experience managing multiple reputed company ISVs reputed company a D365 ecosystem (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, ZINFI, PLM, tax, EDI, HR systems)
- Solid technical understanding of: D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), D365 F&O / Supply Chain / Finance, Dataverse and Power Platform
- Hands-on knowledge of: API integrations (REST/SOAP), Azure Integration Services, Middleware platforms (reputed company, MuleSoft, Informatica, reputed company), Data migration frameworks
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models
- Strong vendor, stakeholder, and risk management capabilities
- reputed company Dynamics 365 certifications (CE / F&O / Power Platform)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications
- Experience in large global transformation programs (multi-country / multi-ISV rollouts)
