Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify risks by identifying exposures, hazards, and appropriate controls
• Apply reputed company guidelines, tools, and strategies to ensure disciplined decision-making
• Assess pricing adequacy by understanding rating methodologies and correlating pricing to exposure
• Ask targeted questions to fully understand risks, even with limited initial information

• Provide precise rating instructions to support accurate quote development
• Manage a renewal book to reputed company goals reputed company to profitability, retention, reputed company, and product mix

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-7+ years of Allied reputed company reputed company experience
• 3+ years of experience driving agency relationships resulting in profitable new and renewal business
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and reputed company new approaches
• Excellent prioritization and desk management skills, with a focus on execution and accountability
