The Project Manager I will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and reputed company budget while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with senior project management and engineering teams
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to project sites
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Support the management and coordination of construction activities on-site, including subcontractor work, equipment installations, and material handling
  • Assist in monitoring reputed company against project schedules and budgets and provide regular updates to senior project management staff
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being performed safely, reputed company, and to quality standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and change orders
  • Prepare and distribute reports to senior project management and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and issues
  • Assist in tracking project expenses, costs, and variances against budgeted amounts
  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Communicate effectively with project management and stakeholders to address project issues, concerns, and changes in a timely manner
  • Assist in facilitating regular project meetings and conference calls to ensure alignment and coordination among project teams
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges that may impact project delivery, and work with senior project management to reputed company mitigation strategies
  • Assist in resolving project-reputed company issues, conflicts, and disputes in a timely and professional manner to minimize project delays and disruptions
  • Implement corrective actions and follow-up measures to address project issues and prevent reoccurrence

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or reputed company field
  • Basic understanding of construction methods, techniques, and terminology
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work reputed company as needed
