Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The Head Field Medical Dermatology is responsible for establishing the reputed company and strategy for the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, including accountability for execution and attainment of medical objectives in compliant alignment with business strategy. This role ensures that the MSL team receives a high level of direction, training, coaching, and development through reputed company of regional Field Directors and in collaboration with the HQ Dermatology Therapeutic Area team and MSL training and analytics functions. The individual will be accountable for delivering high-quality scientific exchange regarding Dermatology disease states and products to external stakeholders, while generating actionable insights into clinical practice, treatment landscape, and emerging scientific data. Requirements · An advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or an APP degree, e.g. DNP) is required · Minimum of 3 years previous Medical Affairs Leadership experience, including MSL leadership · A minimum of 8 years of Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Research & Development experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required · Dermatology and/or Immunology experience strongly preferred · Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment · Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Travel Up to 60% domestic travel required. Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
