[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will drive outbound pipeline creation and reputed company growth by engaging prospects and managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Execute structured outbound prospecting across Velotic Proficy Portfolio
- Engage prospects reputed company email, phone, reputed company, events, and targeted campaigns
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads, partner referrals, and product usage signals
- Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities reputed company to ICPs and sales plays
- Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality outbound pipeline
- reputed company discovery calls, reputed company solution, determine compelling reason to act
- Determine and deliver a clear reputed company of view on how Velotic can help a customer optimize their industrial operations
- reputed company deals reputed company while adhering to reputed company guidelines
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM hygiene
- Deliver a professional and consistent customer buying experience
- Navigate reputed company organizations to find the right prospects and deliver compelling value proposition to solve their pain points
- Identify opportunities to introduce different elements of Velotic portfolio based on customer needs

- Execute cross-sell motions independently and in partnership with Account Executives
- Document use cases, stakeholders, and buying criteria
- Support Account Executives on strategic reputed company opportunities

- Ensure seamless handoffs for larger or more reputed company deals
- Maintain alignment throughout the opportunity lifecycle
- Follow defined outbound cadences and qualification frameworks

- Utilize sales engagement and enablement tools consistently

Skills
- 2–5 years of business development, outbound sales, or account management experience
- Demonstrated reputed company generating reputed company pipeline and closing mid-market B2B deals
- Strong discovery, qualification, and deal management capabilities
- Experience in a team-based or overlay sales model with clear accountability for pipeline and reputed company
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience selling B2B software, SaaS, or industrial technology solutions
